We provide psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management for adolescents and adults who are a good fit for our model of care. New patients are accepted based on clinical fit, scope of care, and availability.

A comprehensive first visit reviewing symptoms, history, prior treatment, current medications, and treatment needs to determine an appropriate plan for ongoing care.
Medication Management
Ongoing prescribing with monitoring of response, side effects, safety, and functioning. Treatment is adjusted as needed over time.
ADHD Evaluation & Treatment
Clinical evaluation of ADHD symptoms, history, and functioning, with medication treatment when appropriate.
Adolescent Psychiatry
Medication management for adolescents, with parent or caregiver involvement when clinically appropriate.
Adult Psychiatry
Medication management for adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, trauma-related symptoms, and related conditions.
In-Person & Telehealth Appointments
Appointments in Alton, with telehealth available throughout New Hampshire when clinically appropriate.
Spravato® / Esketamine Treatment
In-office Spravato treatment for eligible adults with treatment-resistant depression, including required monitoring.
A note on psychotherapy: NH Psychiatry does not provide standalone psychotherapy. Brief supportive or skills-based interventions may be incorporated into medication-management visits when clinically appropriate.

For adolescents, consistent parent or caregiver involvement may be required as part of ongoing care.
